Mr. Shetty, joined his father in 1976 and from 1987 took over the company business and turned it into Shettysons of today. He not only multiplied the business turnover to almost Rs.1500 million (150 cr), but also diversified from industrial catering to Facilities, manpower management and Restaurant business & today has approximately 3100 staff across India. He groomed & motivated the next generation of the family to take the business across India and now has set his vision to make Shettysons an International brand in hospitality. Mr. Pravin Shetty introduced his younger brother Sathyaprasad Shetty into the family business in 1988 and groomed him personally to make him capable of managing the whole operations of Shettysons Pan India. In 1998 Mr. Shetty sent his brother to Switzerland to Hotel Institute Montreux, a premium Hotel management Institute were Mr. Sathyaprasad Shetty, not only passed with distinction, but also bagged the best professional award in year 2000. Mr. Sathyaprasad Shetty travels across India managing the operations & setting up new Ventures of Shetty Sons. His belief is that the right Team can achieve any Goal.
Mr. Vinayak , The elder son of Pravin Shetty , studied Hotel Management from Victoria university, Melbourne, Australia and did another year in Hotel Institute Montreux, Switzerland, keeping. With the vision of Mr. Shetty to groom the next generation to take Shettysons to International Market. Mr. Vinayak Shetty today handles marketing of Jumjoji the Parsi Dinner, Dhuaa Express and Attill the Fine Dine Restaurant chain
Mr. Vinit Shetty, the younger son of Mr. Pravin Shetty, joined the family business at the age of 21. Today, he actively travels across India to supervise operations and attend key meetings, ensuring the smooth running of ventures like Attill the fine dine, Dosa Express, Vinit foods - catering to institutions across India.
